Here are the most common questions people ask before sending their first anonymous letter.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. We never reveal your identity. For printed letters, there is no return address, and digital letters are sent from our system - not your email.
Can anyone trace it back to me?
No. There are no names, addresses, or links that connect the letter to you. We don’t keep sender details after the order is processed.
How fast will my letter be delivered?
Digital letters are delivered within 24 hours. Printed letters are usually delivered within 2–3 working days (UK), depending on Royal Mail.
Can I customise my letter?
Yes. You can choose your message, and (with Premium) fonts, envelope styles, handwritten-style notes and more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards.
What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
For digital letters, we resend immediately if there’s a delivery issue. For physical letters, contact us and we’ll investigate or resend if needed.
Why should I let you send a digital letter when I could just use a burner email?
Most burner emails still leave behind IP addresses, metadata, and can get flagged as spam. With TracelessTracks, delivery is guaranteed - we handle the sending through our system, strip out all identifying data, and make sure it lands in the recipient’s inbox without traces back to you.
Why shouldn’t I just print and send a letter myself?
When you print and post something yourself, it can sometimes leave clues - like printer tracking dots, handwriting style, or the postmark showing your local area. With TracelessTracks, none of that connects back to you - we handle everything so your identity stays fully hidden.
Do you store my personal details?
No. We only keep the information needed to deliver your letter, and we delete sender details after your order is processed.
